Privately funding your education abroad can be quite expensive or even impossible. The only link to pursuing your dream program, discipline or university course in an institution abroad is through a scholarship. Each year, a number of organizations and foundations offer billions of dollars to fund students to pursue education in all levels.
These organizations target specific groups of students like orphans, the less priveleged, citizens of developing countries and top achievers. They offer scholarships through institutions and programmes, though others are open-ended.
A number of organizations have announced their wish to fund students in various levels of study and have had their conditions and datelines published. Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation
The foundation seeks to empower future leaders by giving them a chance to access education in prestigious institutions. The foundation offers full funding for PhD students who intend to study in Canada. For three years, Pierre Elliot Trudeau foundation will fund students in their research, academics, accomodation and conferences.

Commonwealth Scholarships
The Commonwealth is offering masters to students from least developed members. Beneficiaries are expected to contribute to the development of their countries upon completion. Applicats have until December 13th to submit their applications through the online portal thatcan be accessed through this link.
The Commonwealth scholarships page is a friendly site that takes few minutes to navigate through. Only students from Commonwealth member countries are allowed to apply. The programs and universities are limited and the applicant has to choose between those listed. An applicant must have transcripts and proof of English language proficiency.
OSCE Academy Scholarship
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)is offering a masters scholarship for students who intend to pursue Politics and Security Programme and Economic Governance and Development Programme. Applicants have until January to submit their applications. The scholarship covers tuition fees, a stipend of 360 euros for 18 months, air tickets and medical fees. The ANSO Scholarship
Non-Chinese citizens have a chance to be funded to study in the University of Science and Technology of China. The scholarship with 500 slots offers full funding including stipends, medical cover and air tickets. Level of study admitted include Masters and PhD. Sophie Germain Scholarship in France
This scholarship is open for students intending to pursue Masters or PhD in Mathematics. Some applicants are funded fully while others are funded partially depending on the need shown in the application. Intersted students have until May 15, 2023 to make their applications through this link.
